Inspiration

Candy floss and cotton candy. Blooming flowers surrounded by etherial butterflies. Tie dye skies and bright stars. 

These are all just a few gems that bring inspiration to my paintings. I let my imagination lift me away into a world of color explosions while I try to recreate what's in my mind. The bright colors, textures and subjects in my art are all inspired by the world around me - the beauty I choose to focus on, like the beauty of a night sky and the feelings of majesty I try so hard to capture.

I love being able to see the simple cuteness in life and sharing that with everyone!

Some people ask what I think about while I paint and it’s hard to say exactly, however I think it’s more of a feeling than a thought. I pour myself some coffee into my Hello Kitty mug, put on some music and start playing with the colors on a canvas. If I need sweetness in my life, I paint candy clouds and if I need serenity then I paint the night sky…..It's as fun and simple as that:)
